The bush begins where your garden ends

FREE-ROAMING WILDLIFE
Untamed and magnificent
Blair Atholl is situated along the Crocodile River, bordered by open bushveld through which wildlife roams freely.
The estate has never tried to contain or manage their movements, allowing the animals to come and go as they please.
It is common to look up from your morning coffee and find a kudu grazing on the lawn next door, or to pass a nyala on your way to the pro shop. This is part of what separates Blair Atholl from any other estate in Gauteng.

180+ Species Of Bird

THE NATURAL ENVIROMENT
The estate's calming waterways
The Crocodile River runs for 6.5 kilometres through the Blair Atholl property, guiding the layout of the estate.
Then there’s the sophisticated network of engineered water features: tiered waterfalls, trickling streams and stepped cascades that blend seamlessly into the natural environment.
Behind the 8th green and 9th tee, a 150-year-old agricultural canal still flows, its water now feeding the estate's private fishing dams. Many homeowners have also built custom waterfalls and fly-fishing ponds into their own gardens.
